Latest on this list comes from Member Bill R., who writes, "The injuries that are caused by un-licensed and rampant perfectly legal power tools is appalling. However, recently an additional item has come to my attention that could be useful for those reading your site." It seems while walking through his neighborhood looking for offensive vanity license plates, Bill came across one of the gatherings of "toolers" known as a "garage sale."

"It seems," Bill continued,"that in the past, many of today's power tools were once hand tools. In fact, these older, hand tools can be bought for literally nickels and dimes at yard and estate sales, with absolutely NO Government oversight. To make matters worse, since the Tool Lobby promotes the purchase of power tools, the prices on hand tools is so low that your child could buy several with the money you give them every day...
